Beaver Farm is a day ticket coarse fishery extending over some 49 acres, offering a great variety of coarse fishing on the eight lakes which range in size from three acres down to half an acre, plus half a mile of the Eden Brook. These waters hold a total of fifteen different species of coarse fish.
The fishery is designed to provide anglers with a wide choice of fishing. Five specimen lakes, Majors, Jeffs, Daughters and two premier lakes Snipes and Tuscany. With carp to over 28 lbs and catfish to over 50lbs. The fishery also has match lakes, where it is possible to capture bags of fish over 70 lbs. The four other lakes and the Eden Brook are ideal for pleasure anglers, and all of these contain a few surprises.
Fish include grass carp, mirror carp, common carp, catfish, bream, tench, roach, rudd, golden rudd, ide, skimmers, perch, and pike. Barbless hooks only, no keepnets except in matches, unhooking mats required, no bloodworm, jokers, tiger nuts or peanuts allowed. Groundbait to be used in moderation only.
