Look and find the features in each swim: lots of hidden features to find, don't just cast to the islands.
Be quiet as the fish come very close in.

Minepit Lake is a secure and picturesque 1.5 acre Lake in the East Sussex Countryside surrounded by woodlands and fields, with deer, kingfishers and newts to keep you company.

The lake itself ranges from 2ft to about 15ft in depth, with 2 Islands, Reed beds and Lilly pads, and lots of underwater features to find as well.

Minepit Lake has only ever been lightly fished with over half of the fish never being caught before. There are 6 wood chipped swims to choose from with plenty of features and water to fish to from each swim With only 4 people ever being able to fish the lake you are always able to move and have space around you.

The Lake is nicely balanced in stocks and fed daily with hi-quality foods including Nash boilies and pellets, so the weights are increasing at a very fast rate with beautiful scaled Mirror carp and Commons as well as Grass Carp, Crucians, Barbel, Tench, Chub, Perch and a few bream as well.
