Where to fish ? Coarse fishing venues in Buckinghamshire
- Farlows Lakes -
Location in South East:
This coarse fishing complex consists of a main water body of 25 acres, a 5-acre pool that is primarily used for match angling, a small junior pool and the Riverís Colne & Colnbrook that border the east and west banks of the venue. The main lake holds a good head of Carp as well as yielding good mixed bags of Roach, Roach/Bream hybrids, skimmer Bream, Perch, Tench and larger Bream. The match lake and junior lakes both hold good quantities of silver fish. This is also an excellent winter pike venue. Concessions available for juniors, disabled and OAPs. Night fishing available although not on the junior lake.
Spring 2005 - almost two tons of roach, bream and rudd have been transferred from the Main Lake to the Match Lake. These are falling to small maggot feeders or waggler at distance.
