Rayne Lodge consists of three coarse fishing lakes, top, middle and bottom. Traditionally, anglers have used soft expander pellets and maggots to good effect although more recently, sweetcorn seems to be the bait of choice. Fishing tight to the islands or fishing in open water [especially in winter] will both bring rewards. Fish a waggler or maggot feeder when the weather is cold and a pole when the weather is milder.

"I
travel from Leytonstone, London E11 to fish Rayne Lodge fishing lakes. What a great place to take the kids or the grandchildren to learn to fish. The lakes are spotless, so well kept and the bailiff, you cant meet a nicer man, so helpful.
Back to the fishing, if you catch here you cant any where - first class"

We do enjoy fishing Rayne Lodge as it is a very easy place to fish to boost your confidence. Michael's biggest is an 11lb mirror carp which is my pb and Oliver's is a 9lb mirror.
Thank you, oliver and michael ps. we are regulars

We fished Rayne Lodge Fisheries on Saturday 15th March 2008 at night and it was absolutely fantastic. From the minute we arrived all we could hear was fish rolling. We caught a mixed net of Bream, Roach and carp weighing over 100LB from 10.30PM until 4.30am. This venue is absolutely perfect and very well maintained. This was the top lake and do not be afraid to feed it with plenty of maggots and you will have a frenzy of fish in no time. Top notch fishing.

Went to Rayne Lodge Farm on Sunday 10th Oct. Had a great day, so many fish they almost hooked themselves, A few noisy people although the bailiff is a very nice and helpful guy. Great family fun fishing on good carp lakes.
