The Environment Agency want to hear your views about how they should help more people get into angling.
In January 2005 they launched a consultation document about how they can help develop angling over the next decade. Before they decide on their strategy, they want to hear a wide range of opinions about their role, including:
 what role should they play
where they should work
who they should work with
how much of their income should they spend
It is fair to say that angling enjoys high levels of interest from the public, strong support from Government and is developing a much more positive mainstream media profile. Yet millions of people who want to try it out can’t. The EA need to address this and they need your help and support.
